I own 4 of these puppies now (in various colors) and really love them. I’ve found the material and workmanship first rate-no small feat these days when it comes to clothing. The fleece itself breathes very well so I've had no problem wearing one of these hiking in AZ/UT during summer mornings. The cut of this particular model is a little longer than usual (the now difficult to find Delta Jersey is cut shorter) and at 6'4" it fits me better than any other 'non-tall' size shirt I’ve ever owned. At home (in MD) I wear one of them on almost any given day Oct-April. The rest of the year it’s usually too humid here for fleece, but in drier realms, you could probably get even more use from it. They wash and dry quickly and also make good pillows when camping. Wear it solo, or over a T-shirt.Enjoy!

The Delta L Zip is the most versatile piece I have. It is scary how light and soft it is. I first got it when I was looking for a good thin and breathable insulating layer for my soft-shell (Gamma SV). It is the best. This thing rocks under a softshell or hardshell. Light, extremely breathable warm and is super, super soft. You just feel like there is a layer of warm around you, don't even notice the thing, it is so light. It is my most used piece of gear besides my shoes. I hope Arcteryx never stops making them.
Ultra-light, Super-comfortable
This fleece pullover is the softest outer garment you'll ever find. The fleece is super comfortable against the skin, and breathes very well. I've tried it in multiple situations, but prefer it as a base layer on mild spring days or summer mornings. The workmanship is unsurpassed, as most Arc'teryx pieces are. My only hesitation would be its durability. I've worn it quite a bit in the few months I've had it, and so far so good. Hopefully it will continue to hold up. My only regret is that I don't have about five more of them... just in case. The price is a little steep, but if you're willing to pay, this fleece won't disappoint.
Comfort and Function
So comfortable, perfect over a T-shirt for a cool day of climbing or hiking. Also great for just around the house, and surprisingly warm for its weight. It looks great too, this is my new favorite long-sleeve shirt.
