It has the generous dimensions of an all-mountain ski (113/80/104mm), but it's light enough to use for multi-day tours. If you evenly divide your time between days at the resort and days in the backcountry, the Tacora is made for you. The Tacora is stiff enough to hold a solid edge on icy backcountry slopes and be super-stable for fast fall line runs at the resort. The mid-fat waist means you'll be able to carve solid turns when you get out of the pow onto the groomed run. |
