The Mission, one of the lightest bindings in Burton's lineup, is developed to stomp tricks in and out of bounds with a reinforced-nylon baseplate and redesigned highback. EVA padding eliminates chatter and absorbs impact from big drops. The now famous Capstrap eliminates the pressure points of traditional toe straps and holds your boots back for unreal control. Loosen the ankle straps with the polished, smooth-operating buckles for park runs or quickly crank them down when dropping into sketchy chutes. Adjustable Gas Pedals accelerate turning to give the Mission its all-mountain maneuverability. |

I have the '04 missions. They're the most comfortable pair of bindings I've had. The cap strap is a way better ride than the regular toe strap, no pressure points on the top of your foot. REMEMBER TO UNLOCK THE HIGHBACK WHEN YOU'RE GETTING ON THE LIFT!!! Don't be lazy or you'll break the back of them like I did.
