Better than expected
This is my first CamelBak. I bought it for running, but was mostly concerned about carrying the extra weight and the "bounce factor". It surpassed all my expectations. I barely noticed that I was carrying it and it did not bounce at all. The only regret from my first time out was that I wore a tank top and not a shirt with sleeves. The straps rubbed some sore spots on the exposed skin. Otherwise an outstanding choice. It held just enough water, as well as keys, mace, cell phone, and a Powerbar. I would recommend to anyone looking for a running pack for those longer runs.
