| The XLH 130 Harness is the lightest, full-strength harness available, perfect for ski mountaineering, mountaineering, glacier travel and snow climbing. It's super low profile, and comes with an attached mesh bag/stuff sack the size of a baseball. Throw it in the bottom of your pack, and you'll never know it's there until you need it. Great for getting into avy starting zones to dig pits, belayed slope testing a la "dope on a rope," rappelling into your favorite 50 degree couloir, or rappelling over ice bulges and off cliff-ridden ski descents. Great for glacier travel as well. Anywhere weight is a concern, the XLH 130 is the harness of choice. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ROCK CLIMBING. (You wouldn't want to take a big whipper wearing the thing.) |
