Constructed to take abuse, the Arrow has durable action leather for the upper and a resilient rubber sole. Additional padding is placed in the tongue and collar for support and protection. When my previous skate shoes finally gave up after good service, a pair of Titans from DCSHOECOUSA, I reverted to a pair of good running shoes I have for my morning run. My first skate home from up on the plateau, where my good mate lives and cooks me an evening meal, which I indulge in generally each night, with a few whiskey and colas, was a bloody long way !! Not without a couple of stacks, I slammed hard too! Until then, I had always done it in my DCs' and felt confident that I knew every crack and bump to avoid, no worries.I didn't count on the difference a pair of shoes can make. A Humbling reminder of my own motto, that you won't regret buying quality.Anyway, I finally had a few bucks and got a pair of these arrows, and I am back out on the streets, its good to be back, the shoes make a difference to my whole lifestyle.
