This item is a superb way to water-proof clothing in a pack. Combine it with an Eagle Creek pack-it product designed to prevent clothes from wrinkling. You can take a suit or other business clothing all over the world in a small package. It will arrive dry and unwrinkled. I have done this for several years. As a water-proofing bag, I rate it a 5, or best. As a compressor, I rate it a 1, worst: they all leak air, and whatever was compressed puffs back up. Hence the average rating of 3. Still a great buy, especially for water-proofing gear.
