Virga Ultra Light Packer Backpack - 3200 cu in
The Granite Gear Ultra Light Packer Virga 3200 is the backpack for the person who lives and breathes ultralight. Titanium tool spoons? Sil nylon tarps? If that's you, The Ultra Light Packer Virga is right up your alley. You've spent a considerable sum getting your pack weight down to 20 pounds. Now the good news - your ideal pack retails for under $100. The nylon shell gains support and rigidity from your sleeping pad - simply drop in a rolled pad and let it uncoil to push against the bag, and pack your gear inside the roll. It also has nicely padded shoulder straps and a 1.5" webbing hip belt.

Bottom Line: Designed for the ultralight back packer on a budget.

Reviews:

Bomber Pack!
I got this pack a few monts ago and have been totally satisfied with it on several trips. On both a five day trip around North Carolina's Linville Gorge and on another five day hike on the AT, this pack held up well. It will only work for you if you are willing to leave behind everything unecessary to a trip. BTW, for a comparable pack by Golite, this pack's suspension is infinitely superior. The material is made to last as well. Those looking for a lightweight pack for longer trips might try something with more padding on it. Bottom Line: for size compared to: the price, bomber construction, and overall comfort, I rate it a four.

Granite Gear Virga
I'm using it to haul my climbing gear around. So far, no problems.
