I love this sweater. I have two Icebreaker pieces now, this one and one of the Ts and I never travel without them. If it is hot outside these sweaters will keep you cool (I don't get it but they do) and if it is cold outside they will keep you really, really warm. They pack small because they're not bulky, work great as layers and they don't smell. They wrinkle a bit but who cares? They are worth the price.

Yes, it's expensive, but this is a great sweater. It's the best sweater I own. It's great for layering or on its own. It's not real thick, but it is warm, especially with the neck zipped all the way up. I wore it several days in a row on arduous hikes, and like the ads say, it doesn't get smelly. Plus, it looks nice: you can wear it hiking or for a night on the town.
