So far so good
Reviewing this in the midst of my six week Europe trip. The pack is plenty spacious and the detachable daypack is convenient. It´s a bit tough to zip the daypack onto the main pack but after a couple of tries it gets on. The side velcro handle is useful for carrying the pack like a suitcase, but it gets in the way of opening some of the zippers. Minor concerns, no doubt - overall a good purchase.

Well designed travel pack internally and externally. Bottom storage area is nice for quick access. Wish removable daypack was bigger. Great shoulder, back and waist support even when fully packed and carrying 40 pounds. Questionable for carry-on use unless packed less than capacity. Straps hide easily for suitcase-style carrying/baggage check-in--good side handles. Strong zippers.
