I bought the shirt to wear while riding a motorcycle. The shirt really keeps the wind out and keeps me warm in cooler temperatures. I am sure that it would be a great shirt for hiking, skiing, etc.

Although it doesn't stretch much, I wear this thing everyday, on the water- in the rain, through the saltwater spray, and then to the bar. Its perfect for sailing, completely windproof and breathable- a must have combination when your offshore for days. First one got washed off the deck the second I took it off, so I was stoked to see the website had one left. Phew.

This shirt certainly blocks the wind and keeps you warm. It is light and a good 1st or 2nd layer. It is a great addition to have for a variety of activities-hiking, biking, or snow activities.

the shirt you need for cycling in the cold. it's true, it blocks the wind and no bulk. caution: biting it on a downhill near asphalt does shabby it up a bit.
wind stopper
Very good wind stopping shirt. I wear it cycling and it can be used from 40-60 degree weather without a problem. It breathes extremely well and I am really surprised at the wind stopping capability. The only problem with it is that it snags very easily. Other than cosmetics, it works like a dream.
