| The MSR HeptaWing is an exceptionally strong 3 season tarp. Part of the “Wing Series”, the MSR HeptaWing can either stand alone or be attached to a lightweight tent. Wing tarps transcend traditional tarps, by offering flexible setup, using fewer poles, and reducing fabric bulk. They also use tensioned fabric that keeps the surface taut as wind flows over the curves, causing rain to simply spill off. MSR's HeptaWing is a mid-sized wing that can be used as a stand-alone shelter or attached to the curved end of the vestibule of your tent. It sleeps three and weighs in under 2 pounds. Comes with two 4ft 10in aluminum poles, or use your trekking poles for a more lightweight, compact solution. The shape can be modified by manipulating the seven points into different configurations. |
